“ We come here a lot and it's always good. I really like being able to order on the app and skip the queue. It's a decent fish and chips, and the chicken nuggets and burgers are good too. The one time we've dined in the restaurant we enjoyed it. It's nice to have somewhere casual to eat in. ”

“ We visited yesterday and got my son some chips. He noticed they had gluten free chips so his sister could have them too. So I ended up driving back after collecting her to get a rare treat of some gluten and dairy free chips which she was thrilled with. I tasted them too and they were so good (ended up eating more than I meant to but luckily was a generous portion). The staff were lovely going to the extra effort to check they were dairy as well as gluten free. They were very professional about it not like a lot of restaurants where people sigh and seem exhausted by answering a few questions about allergens. We would love to be able to get these on a weekend night, not just Monday and Tuesday, so please consider extending your gf days. Thanks so much. ”

“ Amazing fish and chips and very nice friendly staff! I had a medium cod because they didn't have any large already cooked. They did offer to cook me one, but the medium was plenty big enough for me and cooked perfectly! Very nice crispy batter! Chips & sausage in batter were also great! Thanks team, will definitely be back! ”

“ Prompt and very friendly service. Medium cod and chips with mushy peas turned out to be two very filling, large portions. Food was perfectly cooked and very hot when it was served. Well worth a visit :0) You can even take your own and they provide the glass. No corkage either. ”

“ Food is good ,they have some decently priced lunchtime deals which run to around 4pm I believe. Never had bad food from here.Chips are proper thick chippy chips.Most food is cooked to order.Also don't charge to eat in.Curry sauce is lovely but a tad bit on the expensive side. ”

“ We ordered from here for the 1st time recently using Deliveroo. I had a large Haddock and chips my daughter had a chicken burger and chips. Food arrived quickly. It tasted great and freshly cooked. I often leave at least half the batter from fish but I ate every bit of my haddock it was delicious. The food is delivered in a cardboard box which was quite big and the haddock just about fitted in it along with a generous portion of chips. My daughter had a large chips which came in the box and it was a full box her chicken burger was served how she had asked. All in all the best fish and chips I've had in ages, no complaints about anything, we will be returning again in the near future. If we visit Billericay then it's very likely we will visit as well. “ Excellent service above and beyond when we rang ahead to enquire of purchasing Gluten Free Fish and chips with 15 mins to closing time. Nothing was too much trouble. Happy and kind staff team.
